The Cottages on May is a subdivision designed to look like an original part of downtown Southern Pines with homes designed in the style of the 1928 cottages. The Cottages on May subdivision has its own neighborhood clubhouse in the style of a classic old downtown Southern Pines building. With the HOA, residents have access to their own community pool and clubhouse activity room to host events or for your own relaxation. The homeowner’s association will cover full lawn maintenance for all yards. We designed quirky features into our homes so that they look like someone took an old house and remodeled it or added onto it at some point in the past. It is a functional weave of modern features that turn into what looks and feels like an 80 year old home. The homes feature rear load detached carriage houses down private alleyways. Future walking trails will be built throughout with easy access to downtown Southern Pines, Weymouth Woods and out Young’s Road for the biking enthusiast.
